I was just sitting here looking at my list of “to do’s” feeling like I would never check everything off. I was feeling a bit overloaded and then I remembered reading to Gavin tonight. We read a book called Little Blue Truck and it’s the cutest book. It’s definitely one of his favorites and it’s about this little blue truck from the country that drives to the big city. Everything is so big and moving so fast. He feels completely overwhelmed when everyone is telling him to move and hurry up! Get out of the way because the taxi cab and the double decker bus are more important 🙂 but in the end he says “you might be fast and I might be slow, but one at a time is the way to go.” That sweet little book just reminded me that my list might shrink slowly, but it will shrink!! Just mark things off one at a time and I’ll get there 🙂 

One really awesome thing I marked off my to do list was blog Sarah and Will’s engagement session!! Whoohoo!! I will say that I think this couple is pretty fabulous. We have known Sarah for several years and are just in love with her and her sister Katie!! Any chance we get to spend time with them, we’ll take it 🙂 And when Sarah told us she was engaged and wanted us to be there for her and Will’s wedding, we of course said “of course”!!!! 

Sarah and Will, I know we got a little workout in during our shoot but It was TOTALLY worth it!!! I will walk a mile any day to get photos like these but hopefully on your wedding day, we can stay out of the woods 🙂 Thank you so much for spending the afternoon with me and we’re so excited to spend the day with you in September!!!
