After the gloomy morning we had yesterday, me and Gavin are sooooo thankful for this beautiful day. Sweet breeze just cool enough for a sweater and a couple of pumpkins that I finally decided to put out to scare the goblins away for Halloween! I think they even might be his first pumpkins!! We cheated a little though. We didn’t do all the tough carving tricks, we just got the Mr. Potato Head Pirate pieces and made a pretty awesome Pirate jack-o-lantern!! (pictures to come 🙂

So today, I’m going to be saying hi twice!! We’re doing our best to stay on top of things and give the love we want to give to all of our couples and families and some days that means saying hi twice. Nothing wrong with that right 🙂 I love this family! The Mitcham’s ran, laughed and played all afternoon with me! We played so hard that we even lost a good man (soccer ball) down the river! I know he’ll be missed 🙂 But after recovering from the loss, grandma and grandpa came and saved the day! lol I love having extended family join in with our families and grandparents are always the perfect finale to a little adventure!!
