Hi Friends!!
I hope that all of you are feeling wonderfully rested, heart full, and thankful after the holiday! We had a blast! With all our recent travelings we decided to stay home and celebrate just the 6 of us, and enjoy some much needed family time. We ate turkey, watched football, played outside, decorated for christmas… I closed the computer and didn’t pick up my camera for 3 whole days, which I could tell my girlies were needing from their mama. so, it was wonderful.
I was really hoping to get Kerri and Ryan’s blog up before the break, but it certainly gave me something to look forward to this monday! I just loved these two. I don’t know if it is because they reminded me of home from when I was younger because all my family is northern. Just their sense of humor made me feel so comfortable and I don’t think I laughed that much at a wedding in a long time. It was truly a treat.
Kerri and Ryan tied the knot in front of gorgeous Lake Oconee where the sun was setting through the already changing leaves- it was breathtaking. And to follow, the threw the best dance party that lasted almost all night. They didn’t even have an exit because they wanted to dance until their feet hurt and couldn’t dance any more! Which I will have to say, is the perfect way to celebrate two amazing people who have said “i do!” to forever!
Kerri and Ryan, it truly was such an awesome day. how thankful I am for that reminder of home in you both, your warm smiles and how relaxed and welcoming you both were to us made the day effortless.
Enjoy the sneak peek!!
JOY!
Alea
