Hi everyone,
I know that shooting weddings in St. Simons is one of Alea’s favorite places in all of Georgia. She goes on and on about it, how much she loves it. I have to admit that it is starting to be one of mine as well. With its quaint island feel, the oaks and OH those oaks, the salty air, the southern hospitality, it definitely is growing on me as a top favorite. For Mary Catherine and Dave, St. Simons it has been a incredibly special place to them and a beautiful part of their history and now such a significant part of their future.
I absolutely loved everything about Mary Catherine and Dave’s wedding. They focused on the things that were important to them and they created a lovely weekend for their friends and family. To end the night they had their band playing “when the saints go marching” to be followed out by all their guests and then truly awesome getaway by boat and sparklers. It was truly epic.
Mary Catherine and Dave, you two were so warm, welcoming, and such comfortable people to be around. Truly such a delight to work with! Thank you for letting us be a part of all the festivities and hope you enjoy this sneak peek!
