Hi friends,

I got to see these two about a month before they had their little one and then shortly after for their newborn session which is always so cool because I get to see them right in the middle of the anticipation of a baby, in an outwardly joyful time; and then I get to see them settle into life with baby. Also, such a joyful time, but it’s a different kind of joy. It’s usually quiet, raw, not super easy, but its wonderful, and lovely. In meeting these two at their maternity session, it was obvious that Lori Beth and William are just the sweetest: kind, personable, really easy going, good hearted people, and I knew their newborn session would be a good one because I knew those traits would carry over. I knew that they would be flexible, I knew that they would be positive and upbeat, and I knew that even if little Wills was a challenge (as babies can sometimes be for newborn sessions, but Wills was a perfect angel!), they wouldn’t let that weigh on them or change their spirits on that day. And that’s exactly how it went… they both took all the wonderful in. I love when that happens and a whole bundle of beautiful captures come pouring through the editing room.

Lori Beth and William,  I’m so happy for your sweet family of three! I hope you treasure these images for years and years to come.
