Ashley + John | Destination Wedding Photographers

Hi Friends!

I know it is from growing up at the coast, but moss lined trees, salty air, the sounds of the waves, sunsets over the water will always stir something in my heart. Will always be a place I feel like I belong. Will always be a favorite place to photograph weddings. I can see exactly why John and Ashley chose this beautiful spot to get married. Within the gardens a friends home to say their “i do’s”, and then off to the waters edge, by boat if I may mention, where they celebrated with their closest friends and family. Where Ashley’s dad put hours of work to make this amazing spot perfect for his little girl. Which brings me to Ashley, who is so incredibly lovely, inside and out. When we met her, for officially the second time, she swings her arms over our necks as if she knew us for years. with a smile and laughter that draws you right in.  and John, who must have been to date, the tallest groom we have met. He was so warm and kind. Laughed at our jokes which means he has a great sense of humor, and most importantly, how he loved Ashley was inspiring. The day unfolded with such ease, and fun, and having my hand hurt from the photo opportunity overload.

And of course, thank you, thank you, thank you Ashley and John and their families and friends for warmly inviting us into this very special day and giving us some fantastic material to work with! Thank you and enjoy looking back through such an incredibly day.

Much joy,

Alea
