Oh what a happy day it is when you get to show off photos that my dear
friend Alea shot of my dear friend Heather :):) Oh happy day!!

and I always tease that we miss getting to just be guests at weddings.
Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE getting to photograph them too but to just go
and relax, enjoy some food and good friends always sounds so amazing!
Well my dream came true! And not only did I get to be a guest, I got to
be a bridesmaid!!! Whoohoo!! Don’t laugh! It was a little strange to be
out from behind the camera but luckily Alea was there to make everything
look dreamy and perfect just like she always does. 🙂 I know it meant
the world to Heather for Alea to be there to capture her perfect day and
it was such a wonderful gift for me to have her there too! I can’t
remember the last wedding I went to without her :):)

I like to
always say that Heather is my oldest friend and she gets on to me for
it. She’s not the “oldest”, but I have known her longer than any of my
friends. I love her dearly and I think it was more than obvious when I
was blubbering like a baby as she walked down the aisle 🙂 Embarrassing,
yes,.. but totally worth it to be up close and personal while my friend
married the perfect man! There are so many things I could talk about,
like the amazing farm that was over 100 years old, the dress, the
flowers,.. but nothing really compares to the experience of meeting new
friends, laughing while we worked and spending a beautiful day watching
it all come together. I loved every minute and I’m so happy to have been
a part of it all.  

Heather and Chris, I have never been so
happy, overjoyed, ecstatically jumping up and down excited for any two
people more than the two of you! Your wedding was just too amazing for
words and I am so proud to share a few of Alea and her sidekick’s ;);)
favorites with you!!
