Hi friends!

Sitting here at 6am on this chilly fall morning, with my cup of coffee, babies still asleep, so I am enjoying a quite opportunity to write about this great couple, and their beautiful wedding. Nothing like vacation at the grandparents.

I loved everything about Jim and Melinda’s.  From their hilarious wedding party to all the gorgeous details at Legacy Point at Lake Lanier, this wedding was truly fun to shoot and very unique.  I loved how their day flowed.  From their first meeting along the Lanier coastline, to running around the Islands bridge with their wedding party, to getting the opportunity to chauffeur around M+J as we searched for the perfect spots for their couple photos, we loved every second of this gorgeous day.  After their beautiful ceremony, everyone just took their seats and began a family style feast.  I love it when a couple truly want to just enjoy each other and their guests and amazing food. My favorite part was the dessert table custom created by JPark Events and Sugar Kneads . Did I mention there were macaroons, my favorite! A huge thank you and impressive wow, to their wedding planner Laura Birney for rocken it out for this couple!

Melinda + Jim, thank you so much for including us in the beginning of your marriage.  You two are clearly so in love.  It was a joy to document!
