Allyson + Gardner | St. Simons Islands Photographer

Hi Friends!

If you haven’t had a chance to visit Frederica, I would say it is an essential must on your to do list before the end of the summer! It like many many days this summer was on the brink of raining, and eventually did rain, and pour, but when you enter the gates of frederica you felt an instant sense that there was magic about to happen. If I didn’t have a wedding to shoot, I would have spent hours just looking around and taking this beautiful spot all in. I can see exactly why Allyson and Gardner decided to have their destination wedding in this beautiful town. Their wedding was just perfection. With a long classic veil, gold and aqua accents (my fave color combo if I may add),  the live oaks with spanish moss, gorgeous florals, The Boathouse, the custom made table runners, a seriously cute couple, to the amazing boat ride entrance. Its hard not to fall in love with this wedding! Every single detail was spectacular! Of course I wouldn’t expect anything less from the amazing ladies at Caroline Carter Events

My favorite part of the day was the couple being introduced to their reception by boat! With the rain, they were unsure if they would be allowed to have their boat ride. So thankful it stayed dry enough for such a fun and memorable part of their day!

Allyson and Gardner!!! More then any detail of your day, the part I loved so much was your love for each other. It was so evident. We are so thankful to have witnessed such a beautiful union on such a beautiful day even with all the rain!

Much joy!
