Samantha + Jon | Raleigh Wedding Photographers

Hi Friends!
I often get asked where my 919 number comes from, and for those of you who don’t know, I am a NC native. I have had my number since college, and just haven’t had the heart to let it go. To often a friend reaches out, and was thankful I still had my 919 number. So with that, I was floored when Samantha, a sweet friend from college, reached out to chat about photoing her wedding. I loved catching up on the last ten years. How she met the love of her life, and how their wedding day was going to be a celebration of this sweet family.
They tied the knot under a thousand flowers, in front of their closest family and friends in the gardens of the Wagner House, by one of the most respectfully entertaining and moving officiants we’ve seen.  Their friend. The ceremony was more than just words, or common gestures and rituals. It was about the couple, their two children, and about the love between them bonding them together forever…truly awesome, and reminds us why we do what we do, or maybe even better, why I chose to get married… It may sound cliche, but when you find the person you’re meant to be with, your world changes, and life becomes sweeter, and I love when ceremonies are a flooding reminder of just that…ok, ok, enough blabbering from me about “love”…haha…so, where was I…oh yes, their wedding, so after they said “i do”, there was a fabulous bash with dancing, lawn games, and cupcakes, did I mention the cupcakes, and the flavors, the OH so many amazing flavors.

Samantha and Jon, what a great day. With so much laughter and happy tears and how thankful I was to get to witness all of it. Thank you. We are honored to see how much you are loved by your babies, by such amazing friends and family, and how you devoted you are to each other. High fives to you both and enjoy your sneak peek! 🙂

JOY!
