Hi Friends!

There must have been something in the air about ten months ago because its been a beautiful season of newborn session around here lately- little boys, in the Pfister’s case. When I drove up to their darling cottage styled home with Katie waving at the door, I knew right away this shoot was going to be fun! These two were first time parents though you wouldn’t know it. They were calm, held nix with the utmost attentiveness, and enjoyed playful comments as two new parents should. Really because the whole thing of becoming parents is wonderfully funny. 

When I walked into their home, I felt a little on overload as I just adored their style.  I also learned that Katie and I had a lot in common in that we both married a boy originally from Kentucky, we both have a Weimaraner (of course, the cutest dog on the planet), have huge hearts for travel, and love gallery walls. 😉 You guys are going to just love Nix’s kentucky derby inspired nursery! 

We had lots to chit chat about especially their new cutie boy with the biggest cheeks. 

Pfister’s, what a fun morning with you guys! Thank you welcoming me into you home and allowing me to admire your sweet new family. Nix is a doll, definitely a keeper. 😉
