Yes everyone!! It’s Monday!! It was a busy, busy weekend for us and lots of pretty blue skies as far as the eye could see!! My favorite kind of weekend! Alea and I and our families had one heck of an adventure this weekend and I’m so excited but I can’t say a word 🙂 so I have to say a word! LOL!! Alea would ground me if I shared too much but all I can say is there was lots of frilly dresses and bows, pressed shirts and a striped bow tie, a long drive down south, lots of jumping and dancing, some glowy sun and smiling faces (and some grumpy faces), some trees and fluffy grass! All that and some pretty fantastic photos!! We can not wait to share more!! But you have to wait 🙂

But Jessie and Carson don’t have to wait any longer!! We heard through the grapevine that Jessie has been blog stalking for a few days now 🙂 and as much as we love being stalked, we couldn’t wait any longer to share this beautiful couple!! Our day with Jessie and Carson was just the best with their beautiful church ceremony and super elegant reception at the Capital City Club. There were so many things I loved about the day but I’ll try my best to narrow it down to just a few 🙂 My absolute favorite moment of the day actually didn’t have any place on the schedule for the day 🙂 but Alea and I got to chauffeur the couple around in our car and deliver them to their reception! I know it wasn’t in the plan but it totally made our day to get to spend some fun time with our VIP’S 🙂 Another favorite of mine was all of the beautiful calligraphy at their reception. Everywhere you looked there were these spectacular banners draped so perfectly sharing quotes and bible verses. All hand written by Maggie Allen and after chatting with her and realizing that she spent over 100 hours (maybe i’m exaggerating 🙂 it made me love them even more!!

Jessie and Carson, Alea and I loved spending the day with you both!! It was filled with so many friends and family yet felt so warm and intimate. It was such a joy to photograph your wedding and we’re so thrilled to share just a few of our many favs!!
