Baby Caroline | Atlanta Newborn Photographer

Good Morning and happy friday friends!

I am so happy to share with you this amazing family, and privileged to share part of their story.

One of the most amazing things to me in life is when people choose to have joy and faith during times they would truly have the right not to. To me, it is proof that God is indeed working. Being faithful, and bringing joy.

I asked Caroline’s mama if she would be ok with me sharing the story of their sweet baby Caroline,  a beautiful little lady who was born with a tumor on her kidney. In listening to their story you can see the many miracles God is working. The doctors said the baby would come early (wouldn’t pass 35 weeks of the term), but thankfully made it to 36 weeks and 5 days. The longer a baby is in mommy’s belly the better! Once Caroline was born, the surgery to remove the tumor which was the size of a grapefruit went well and was successful. Though they weren’t able to remove the entire tumor, Caroline was still healthy enough to go home for a few weeks and spend time with her mommy and daddy and big sister who calls her “mama se”. The next part of their journey requires Caroline starting Chemotherapy to remove any remnants of the tumor and to help make sure none of it will grow back.

I am amazed by this family’s faith, love, hope, strength, and joy during this journey.

Will you help me encourage this amazing family during the next round of their fight? Please leave them your thoughts, prayers, and encouragement. Be a source to remind them they aren’t alone in this, and even strangers love them.

Lawrence Family. I feel so honored to be able share just a small part of your story. I admire you. Thank you for letting Kim and I photograph such sweet moments of your gorgeous daughters and your beautiful family of four. Caroline is nothing shy of a miracle; proof of how God is working. My prayer is that you feel His tremendous love through your sweet baby girl, that you always feel His reach for you.

Much joy,

Alea

    Heavenly Father,
We pray for your abundant blessings on this special little newborn.
We look at this adorable child and by faith we see:
Soft little ears that will one day hear and receive the message of God’s love and grace.
Bright little eyes that will one day notice the needs of others, and look for ways to express God’s love to the world.
Precious little fingers that will one day reach out with acts of kindness to the world.
Cute little feet with tiny little toes that will one day grow into beautiful confident feet that will bring the Good News of Jesus to the world.
Lord, we also see a tender little heart.
God, we pray that this child will always have an open heart to you and to your word.
May this child grow up to be a healthy, strong and loving child of God.
    Amen
