Crock Pot Chicken Chili

prep: 10 minutes
cook: 6 hours
cool: eat right away

INGREDIENTS 

+2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
+1 (11 or 15 ounce) can corn, drained
+1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
+1 (10ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
+2 cups chicken broth
+1 cup cooked, chopped bacon
+1 (1ounce) packet Hidden Valley Ranch, Original Seasoning and Salad Dressing mix
+1 tsp Cumin
1 TBS Chili Powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese

Toppings:
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
Sour cream
Salsa
Tortilla chips


+1 crock pot

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place chicken at the bottom of the crop pot. Combine all remaining ingredients in crock pot atop chicken.
2. Cook on low for 6 hours
3. After cooking time is over, pull chicken and chop, and add back to chili.
4. Stir everything together.
5. Serve right away with toppings, and ENJOY!
